Perform With Flawless.
Weekly classes, intensive camps and one-to-one coaching, from your first class to a professional pathway.
Performing is a job, and we treat it like one
Crew dancers rehearse to a call sheet, learn repertoire fast and are paid for the work they are booked on. What you get in return is stage time, camera experience and a credit list that means something at your next audition.
The crews
Three routes, each with its own commitment and its own kind of work.
Flawless Company
The main touring and booking crew. Company dancers take the headline work, from live shows to television and brand campaigns.
- Ages 18 and over
- Three calls a week plus production rehearsals
- Paid work, contracted per booking
NextGen Crew
The youth performance crew, selected from the NextGen programme. Showcases, festivals and supported appearances alongside the company.
- Ages 11 to 17
- Weekly crew call plus event rehearsals
- Chaperoned at every booking
Academy Crew
The step between training and the company. Academy dancers cover smaller bookings and learn company repertoire ready to step up.
- Ages 16 and over
- Two calls a week
- First refusal on company vacancies
How the audition works
The same process for every crew, so you know exactly what the day holds before you arrive.
Register online
Send your details, your age group and a short clip of you dancing. The clip can be filmed on a phone. We are looking at how you move, not at production values.
Confirmation and call time
If your registration is accepted you get a call time, a studio address and the track for the audition piece a week in advance, so you can arrive familiar with the music.
Teaching round
A choreographer teaches a routine to the whole room and you perform it in small groups. This round is about how quickly you pick things up and how you hold the performance once you have it.
Recall
Shortlisted dancers stay for a second routine, a short freestyle and a conversation about availability, commitment and what you want from the year ahead.
Offer and trial term
Offers go out within ten days. Every new crew member starts on a trial term, which gives both sides an honest look at the fit before anything longer is agreed.
What we look for
Technique matters, but it is rarely what decides a recall. These are the things that come up every time the panel sits down afterwards.
- How fast you take choreography on and keep it
- Performance that reaches the back of the room
- Reliability, because a missed call affects everyone
- How you take a correction and apply it the next run
- A clear sense of why you want to be in the crew
